This Roasted Garlic Goat Cheese Dip is a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional dips, combining creamy goat cheese with rich roasted garlic for a flavorful party snack.

- 1 head roasted garlic
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (basil, chives, or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast for 30-35 minutes until soft and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Serve with crackers, veggies, or pita chips.
