- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Shred cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the Vegetables: Dice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh dill.
- Mix the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken, diced cucumber, sliced onion, and chopped dill to the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the salad and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed.
- Chill and Serve: Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for enhanced flavors, then serve.
