Instructions

  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this to the wet mixture.
  7. Fold in the mashed bananas and chopped walnuts gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
