Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the mashed bananas and chopped walnuts gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
