Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chips.
  4. In a separate bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  5. Pour the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and mashed banana into the bowl with dry ingredients and mix until well-combined.
  6. Form small balls or bars and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Allow the snack bites to cool on a wire rack.
