Crispy and succulent lemon chicken bites made in the air fryer for a healthier twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until blended.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, coat well, cover, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C). Cook longer if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving with sauces or salad.
Notes
For juicier bites, consider using boneless chicken thighs. Marinate for longer if possible.
